Delete your account and data
In the app
- Open Xavoo and sign in.
- Open Profile and then Settings.
- Select “Delete account”.
- Confirm your identity with your password or Google.
The app deletes the Authentication account and its associated Firebase data: profile, public identifier, presence, photo, inbox, connections, backed-up history, and installation links.
If you cannot sign in
Write from the account's email address to app-xavoo@gmail.com with the subject “Xavoo account deletion request”. Additional information may be requested to verify ownership.
What may be retained
Only technical, security, or legal records required by an applicable obligation or legitimate interest may be retained. Data outside those exceptions will be deleted.
